Ace Solar Energy have installed a large Solar PV system on the roof of local company Fabweld Steel Products.
In their video, Wayne Carter, Managing Director of FSP Ltd, talks about the company’s commitment to carbon reporting and offsetting. He describes how the Solar PV system that Ace Solar Energy installed for the company supplies 100% of their energy needs in the Summer, and 15-20% in the Winter. FSP are looking at increasing the Solar PV further and adding a battery system for energy storage.
Wayne states that the system has saved FSP £20,000 off their energy bills in the first 9 months. An incredible saving!
Wayne says ” we take responsibility for our impact on the environment and we are taking steps to reduce and offset our company’s carbon footprint where possible”.
